Many of today's articulated and trailing-hook salmon and steelhead patterns call for several Lady Amherst center tail fibers. These Lady Amherst feathers add a tremendous amount of color to any fly. Simply spin some of the Lady Amherst center tail fibers in a dubbing loop and wind on hook shafts to create Intruder-style flies.
