After years of producing for other brands, we have decided to offer Eggstasy under our own label, renewing the color range with new and effective shades. The replicability of each color is guaranteed by our dyeing system, which, in addition to offering high precision, has an extremely low environmental impact.
Eggstasy is an excellent material for creating egg imitations, but it is also suitable for other applications to attact various types of fish. Unlike traditional materials used for these imitations, which require loop techniques or complicated tying steps, Eggstasy significantly simplifies the process, even on small hooks.
The thin, translucent, and textured fibers retain water, giving the imitation a very realistic appearance. These fibers also have good movement during fishing action, adding further vitality to the fly.
Eggstasy is suitable for many other types of flies, both for saltwater and freshwater. Thanks to the thermofusible bonding core, which perfectly retains the fibers while being very thin, it is also possible to create imitations of large worms or body extensions.

Next-generation chenille, crafted with high-absorption microfibers and a thermofusible core that enhances strength without compromising its remarkable mobility.
This combination allows for exceptional mobility in water, despite its mere 1-millimeter diameter. Primarily designed to mimic extremely small worms for tying on hooks up to #16-18, it lends itself particularly well to being wrapped around the hook for forming bodies, such as pupae, or for creating a hot spot, as in the case of imitating stonefly and caddisfly larvae.
It is available in both natural colors for a realistic imitation and vibrant fluorescent colors for increased visibility, even in murky water conditions.

Although made in a manner quite similar to the classic Cactus Chenille, it distinguishes itself by its predominantly flat and sparse fibre arrangement, as well as its extremely fine stitching, which allows for easy use. The 20 mm size is suitable for small to medium sized flies.

The effect is further amplified by a special silicone treatment during dyeing. The elastic hairs are tied to the base with a special synthetic fiber that gives the right stability during the tie, making the elastics remain well stretched and in position. The core is made with last generation materials that, as far as possible, bind the hair fibers retaining them at their best, avoiding their loss during tie and fishing sessions. In case you tie it like squirmy or worms, we recommend to slightly glue the end to make it more robust to fish attacks. The 15 mm. size is perfect for Blobs and for bodies of big streamer.

The effect is further amplified by a special silicone treatment during the dyeing phase. The elastic threads are tied to the base with special synthetic fibers that give the right stability during construction, keeping the elastic well stretched and in position. The very thin core is made with latest generation technical materials that fix the hair fibers holding them as well as possible, avoiding their loss during your tying sessions. The 3 mm. size is suitable for tying worms imitations, medium-sized nymphs bodies and small to medium sized stillwater streamers.

Thanks to the mix of solid and holographic colors we have obtained a complete range which goes from normal to fluorescent colors, characterized by beautiful and very attractive light effects. The fineness of the fibers also guarantees excellent movement in the water. The fibers are arranged only on one side of the core and allow you to make palmer montages, by twisting it slightly before tying you get a perfect material for bodies.
Recommended for wet flies and for medium sized lake streamers.

The fibers are arranged all around the axis of the binding and allow to quickly create both whole bodies and collars.
Recommended for tying medium sized wet flies and small to medium sized lake streamers.

UV Micro Straggle is a versatile synthetic for tying nymphs and lures. Built on a straggle strong this material has fine 5mm UV fibres. Can be used for a wide range of uses from throats to bodies.

Eggstasy is a revolutionary product for tying egg-flies. Unlike standard egg-yarn, which involves spinning yarn, Eggstasy is built on a core which means you can simply tie it like a chenille. The other huge difference that sets Eggstasy apart from other yarns is the fibre itself. It’s the first material to be made from ‘Next Generation’ (NX-Gen Fibre). This is a game-changing synthetic. NX-Gen Fibres are micro thin and are designed to trap water forming an almost slush-like texture when wet. Almost like a sponge. The fibres are also translucent which allows light to travel through the egg/blob – unlike standard Egg Yarn. NX-Gen Fibre has great movement, unlike egg yarn which remains static. In the water the egg looks almost life-like.

Eggstasy Nano is the latest addition to the Eggstasy range of materials. It’s is exactly the same as standard Eggstasy but in a tiny 0.8mm fibre size, making it the most versatile version of this material yet. It can be used for almost any type of trout fly – use it for hotspots, throats, butts, bodies and even legs on flexi patterns.

Electric Eggstasy is the latest addition to our Eggstasy Range and features new, super-vibrant, U.V Fibres. These new fibres add another dimension in the water giving off a UV purple flash.

Gel Core Fritz 15mm is purpose designed for flytying – not some second rate material from the textile trade. With Gel Core fritz we addressed key problems with the vast majority of fritz – the core doesn’t accept dye and the material falls apart when tying. Featuring our Gel Core, which has an impregnated gel, which binds the fibres into the core. Meaning as well as looking great on the fly, there is no fibre loss and it will never fall apart when tying!! The material is all professionally dyed using state of the art pressure dyeing machines which are computer controlled to ensure 100% colour consistency and intensity.

Medium Crystal Hackle is a 10mm single sided synthetic which is designed for tying cutting edge trout flies – though it can also be used in Salmon/Pike Fly tying. Crystal Hackle swims like Marabou providing a lifelike movement to the body of your flies. The core is very slim allowing you to tie neat bodies, unlike most synthetics which are ‘rope-like’. We’ve dyed these into essential colours for the UK. Each pack contains 3 metres of material.

Mini Gel Core Fritz is a 10mm variation of our Gel Core Fritz, designed more for standard lure bodies as opposed to just blobs. Same great material – just made smaller.

NEON-15 is the first ever ‘non-translucent’ blob fritz.

In this material, neon-flashabou fibres replace the traditional translucent fibres – to create a strong, bold, non-translucent colour effect which is 30% brighter at depth than standard blob fritz. Another key advantage of NEON-15 is that it can be dyed into unique colours that are not possible on a standard translucent material. We hope you like it as much as the fish do!

T-15 is the first in our Translucent series. This material gives a unique jelly-like look in the water. Dyed into a stunning range of colours, this material is great for blob and lure patterns.

UV Gel Core Fritz 15mm from Flybox features added mobile-flex UV fibres to add a subtle UV sparkle to the material. Built on Flybox’s revolutionary ‘Gel-Core’ the material is incredibly easy to work with and won’t split or fray from the core. There are many types of fritz out there, but only Flybox manufactures Gel-Core – so if it’s not got our label on it, it’s not the real thing!
