Chernobyl Hopper Yellow
The Chernobyl Hopper Yellow is a buoyant terrestrial dry fly designed to imitate grasshoppers and other large land-based insects that regularly end up on the water with its yellow coloration. Its substantial profile makes it an excellent meal for opportunistic trout.
Fish it close to grassy banks, under overhanging cover, or through riffles and pocket water. It also works extremely well as the dry fly in a dry-dropper setup when extra flotation and visibility are needed.
