The Goddard Caddis is a highly buoyant dry fly known for its clipped-hair body and strong surface profile. Designed to imitate an adult caddisfly, it rides high in the water and remains easy to track even in fast, turbulent currents.
Its durable, compact shape makes it an excellent searching pattern as well as a hatch-matching fly. It can be dead drifted, twitched, or skated to imitate the active movement of an adult caddis on the surface.
